Red Free. Full good red color. Jonathan-like in appearance and flavor, one of the best eating apples in its season. Very thin skin. Harvest mid August.
Ozark Gold. Its cream color semi-firm flesh is high in quality and flavor - the best in its season. Semi-tart. Late August harvest.
Royal Gala. Its known for its attractive orange over cream 'bi-color' appearance, its sweet crispness and its superior quality. Early September harvest.
Ultra Red Gala. A red to burgundy red blush fills in behind a deep burgundy red stripe. Sweet. Early September harvest.
Honey Crisp. The cream-colored flesh is explosively crisp, melting, and coarse grained; has a mildly sweet, delicate flavor that is slightly aromatic and has plenty of juice. Harvest mid-September.
Starkrimson Red Delicious. Has a solid-red blush that brightens as the fruit matures. Sweet. Mid-September ripening.
Ultra Gold. This smooth glossy-skin golden is a large russet-resistant Golden Delicious apple with the flavor to match. Fruit ripens in late September.
Ultra Earli Fuji. Medium red over yellow ground cover. This apple is a high quality dessert apple. The flavor is mild and very sweet, pleasant spice and rich aroma. Mid to late September harvest.
Golden Delicious. Known everywhere for its large attractive yellow-skin, fruit and many uses. Most famous as a fresh apple. It's also good for processing and excellent for sauce and juice. Harvest late September.

Sun Crisp. The color is an attractive golden yellow with a slight red blush. The flesh is yellow and juicy, with a slightly coarse grain, very firm, crisp, and a snapping texture. Late September harvest.
Blushing Golden Delicious. The smooth skin is a deep yellow and blushed with orange-red. Taste is similar to Golden Delicious with a little snap of tartness. Harvested early October.
